About ME

Hello,

For those who do not know me, let me in introduce myself.

My name is Rachel Lipps. I was married this past year on August 10, 2024 to an amazing man, Jeremy, who makes my world go round. I love Jesus and would not be where I am without Him. Before Lyme took over my life you would have found me outside going on adventures and traveling the world. Now I am trying to get back to that while still going on those adventures with my husband. You will find us, when it is nice outside; kayaking, playing ball with our nieces and nephews, going on bike rides, or just sitting down watching a good movie.

In 2017 I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, Hashimoto Hypothyroidism. Six months later I was diagnosed Lyme disease along with 2 co-infections (Babesia and Bartonella). It has been a whirl wind of events since then. I have relapsed once and while in Arizona this past summer getting treatment I realized I needed to be an advocate for those who don’t know what to do for their Lyme disease. So here is my page. I will be posting what has worked for me and ways you can make yourself feeling better in no time.
